We offer a 100% guaranteed refund on any item that you, the buyer, do not want, for any reason. No need to provide a specific reason, though we would appreciate your feedback to enhance our services.

Our guaranteed refund offer is on the basis that you contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, advising us that you do not wish to keep the item/s.

While our commitment to customer satisfaction is unwavering, there are a couple of exceptions to our refund policy. Custom printed trucker caps, featuring your own image or logo, cannot be refunded unless there is a defect in the product.

Postage Costs:
Please note that the cost of postage is non-refundable. However, it’s important to clarify that this applies to the actual cost of postage to Big Aussie Hats, not the amount paid by the purchaser. Australian buyers enjoy free shipping when purchasing 3 or more items, and in such cases, the original postage cost paid by Big Aussie Hats will not be reimbursed.

Please email us at to explaining which items you would like a refund for. We would greatly appreciate if you could also please explain the reason why you would like a refund, however this will not affect whether we issue the refund or not. This is guaranteed regardless of the reason. Depending on the item being returned, we may require the item to be posted back to us before issuing the refund.
