(1) All items are sent by Australia Post Standard Parcel Post
(2) Express Post is an additional $6.50 to the Parcel Post cost Eg. 1 or 2 items = $15.00 in total and 3 or more items = $6.50 in total. Please allow an additional 1-3 days from the Estimated Delivery Date for deliveries to Victoria and WA.
(3) Trackable International Postage costs $27.50AUD and takes normally (pre-Covid) to 8-12 business days. Order 4 or more and receive an $8.00AUD discount.
Q. How soon will my item/s be shipped?
A. Once we have received payment we will dispatch all deliveries within 48 hours. You will receive an email notifying you that your goods have been dispatched via Australia Post.
Q. When will my item arrive?
A. This depends on what type of method is used for delivery and where you are located. All items from our website are sent using Australia Post which is a very reliable method of shipping, and estimated delivery timeframes are shown in the table above. International deliveries are ocassionally delayed by customs, and this is generally out of anyone's control. Thankfully this doesn't happen very often.
Q. Can I insure my shipment?
A. Yes you can insure your items, however we do not at currently have an option available to do so via our current "Checkout" process. Therefore if you wish to insure your items please Contact Us and we would be happy to provide you with with a quote for this service (the price varies depending on the destination). You should however be aware that Australia Post is a very reliable postal service, and parcels rarely go missing in transit using their Standard Air Mail service. The choice however is yours.
Q. What happens if my delivery does not arrive?
A. If your delivery does not arrive say 3 weeks after you receive your email confirming that the goods have been dispatched, please Contact Us.
