Big Aussie Hats is a family-owned Australian business established in 2007 that sells Extra-Large Headwear products to the global marketplace. We have a range of quality hats to comfortably fit larger head sizes, including Baseball Caps, Bucket Hats & Beanies.

We started this business mainly because we rarely found hats here in Australia that would fit our own Big Heads. Our initial research showed that outside of the USA & UK there were no websites selling headwear for large headed individuals, and armed with this knowledge we thought it only right to give the Northern Hemisphere some competition.

Our Location

Our Main Office is located in beautiful Lake Cathie (pronounced "Lake Cat-eye"), which is situated on the Mid-North Coast of New South Wales (See aerial photo below), about 15 minutes drive south of Port Macquarie. We also have an office located in Sydney.
